My lead sync strives to provide our clients with high-quality IT services that meet their business needs. However, in any case you find trouble with our services you can claim the refund only if you fit in the following policy. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund will be granted and vice versa.

Non Refundable Scenarios:

  1. In case of a mind change and you plan to back out from the agreement without any valid reason.
  2. Not satisfied with the services then you contact us within 10 days, counting from the day you received the project or else you won’t be entertained.
  3. Refund policy is not applicable if you availed our discounted package or promo service package.
  4. In case you’re not satisfied with our services and claim the refund within 10 days ONLY then you will get the refund up to 75%.
  5. If you claim the refund in the beginning of our work journey then the amount of work done will be charged. You’ll only receive the amount excluding that particular figure.
  6. If you have been approached by another service provider or freelancer for the same project assigned to Myleadsync, then please note that 25% will be deducted.

Refundable Scenarios:

Here, we have jotted down the scenarios in which we are liable to proceed with refunding.

  1. In case you have approved our initial draft and have requested revision for that within a day ONLY then the company is liable to give you a 100% refund.
  2. The refund claim should be proposed within 10 days.
  3. In case you request us for a refund before the project is initiated then you will get a 100% refund.
  4. We might take 2 days or maybe a week to respond to your refund claim. Hence, you’re requested to cooperate with us.

NOTE: By signing the contract with My lead sync, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
